The source underlined that the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army will use full force against any threat to the borders and prevent anyone tempted from tampering with Jordanian national security.

Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone on Sunday evening thwarted an infiltration and smuggling attempt of quantities of narcotic substances from Syrian territory, an official military source in the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army said.

The army personnel killed the smuggler while the others escaped, the source said, adding that a search of the area led to the discovery of (133,000) Captagon pills, a firearm and ammunition.

The source underlined that the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army will use full force against any threat to the borders and prevent anyone tempted from tampering with Jordanian national security.
