Ammon News - The government fuel pricing committee on Sunday announced the reduction of the selling price of diesel to JD0.755 per liter instead of JD0.785 per liter.
The committee also decided to raise the selling price of unleaded 90-octane gasoline to JD0.950 per litre instead of JD0.940 and the price of unleaded octane-95 gasoline to JD1.185 instead of JD1.180 per litre.
Regarding kerosene, which is commonly used for heating in winter, its price will remain unchanged at JD0.620 per litre, while the price of a cooking gas cylinder will also remain unchanged at JD7.
The committee applied the pricing equation based on the global prices of all oil derivatives and found that the price of diesel decreased by JD0.030 per liter, while the price of unleaded 90-octane gasoline increased by JD0.005 and the price of unleaded octane-95 gasoline increased by JD0.010.
