The Public Security Department (PSD) spokesperson said that the child died as a result of severe burns, and the other 9 suffered from shortness of breath, because of inhaling gases emitted from the fire. Specialized teams, in the Zarqa Civil Defense Directorate, evacuated the deceased and the injured were transferred to Zarqa Public Hospital, to receive the necessary treatment, the PSD spokesperson added. An investigation was initiated to find out the cause of the fire, the spokesperson concluded.

Ammon News - A child was killed and three people were injured on Wednesday after a fire that broke out in a house in Zarqa Governorate, northeast of Amman.

The Public Security Department (PSD) spokesperson said that the child died as a result of severe burns, and the other 9 suffered from shortness of breath, because of inhaling gases emitted from the fire.
