Ammon News - Minister of Energy and Mineral Recourses, Saleh Kharabsheh, confirmed that there is no directions or decision to reduce the weight of the gas cylinder or even rise its prices.

Kharabsheh said during the Senate session on Sunday, that the government continues to subsidize its price to keep it at JD7.

He added that the government currently subsidizes the gas cylinder with about JD4.

Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Youssef Shamali, confirmed that there is no intention to reduce the weight of the gas cylinder.
