Ammon News - The head of the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA), Ahmad Khudari, confirmed that a lot of visitors and traders from around the world are coming to the Kingdom's pavilion at the Gulf Food Exhibition (Gulfood 2023) in Dubai to learn about the Jordanian industry.
The association organizes the Jordanian pavilion, which features 31 industrial companies, and Khudari stated in a statement on Wednesday that the pavilion's enrollment is 50% higher than in previous years, demonstrating the excellence of Jordanian food products and the high quality they have reached.
In order to reach agreements to supply their products, he continued, many Jordanian businesses were able to reach deals with traders and importers from the U. S., Canada, the European Union, Russia, Australia, and other Arab nations.
In consideration of the heavy foreign participation in the exhibition pavilions, he noted, Jordanian businesses' participation in the exhibition is intended to offer new marketing outlets for them to export their products.
Khudari confirmed that the "Gulfood 2023" exhibition is one of the most significant and substantial international exhibitions specializing in the food industries and noted that participation in the exhibition will enable Jordanian industrial companies and those in charge of them to meet their counterparts from the merchants participating in the exhibition from various countries around the world.
This offers a great chance to engage in business and exchange experiences, Khudari said.
Nassar Habashneh, the ambassador of the Kingdom to the United Arab Emirates, officially opened the 722 square meter Jordanian pavilion at the "Gulfood 2023" exhibition, which began two days ago.
The exhibition, which is taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre and is considered as the largest in the world in the field of food and beverage supply, hosts more than 5,000 companies from 120 countries.
