After Monday's opening of the parliament session, MP Zuhair Saideen brought up the issue of the spread of stray dogs in the streets and on the roads.

The number of complaints about stray dogs on the roadways is rising, according to Saideen, to the point where this situation is upsetting the parents of children who travel to school in the morning.

He called on the government to act immediately to end this phenomenon.
