INGOT Broker Holds Annual Meeting & Announces Plans for 2023

Ammon News - Global financial brokerage firm INGOT Financial Brokerage Ltd held its annual meeting at the Hilton Hotel, Dead Sea, Jordan, on the 7th and 8th of January, 2023, bringing together its local and international administrative and executive cadres.

The two-day meeting discussed the company's most prominent achievements during 2022, its goals for 2023, and its aspirations for the next three to ten years, including the establishment of INGOT Holding Group.

Around 200 employees attended the event from the headquarters in Jordan and the company’s global offices in Qatar, UAE, Australia, Kenya, and South Africa, among others, with company executives showcasing their respective departments' accomplishments, prospects, and strategies.

These include Finance, Legal, Risk Management, Information Technology, Quality Management, Human Resources, Operations, Software Development, Marketing, Payments, Education, Business Development, Internal Audit, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Customer Service.

The meeting also included many entertainment segments and activities contributing to team building and enhancing communication skills, in addition to a Bedouin dinner party that reflected an honorable image of the Jordanian heritage to its foreign cadres.

INGOT Financial Brokerage Ltd holds this meeting annually to strengthen the professional and personal ties between its local and external cadres while also contributing to bridging the distances between them.

In tandem, the annual meeting aims to keep all INGOT Brokers employees informed of the latest developments to achieve the company's vision, which aims to spread financial literacy among individuals of all ages and levels of experience – specifically Youth – to help them plan their financial future from a new perspective.
