Jordan, Algeria hold joint talks in Labor Ministry

Ammon News - The second session of the Jordanian-Algerian joint talks was held Tuesday at the Ministry of Labor.
The talks aims to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries in several fields.
These meetings are a continuation of the outcomes of His Majesty King Abdullah's visit to Algeria this month, and his talks with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and Algerian senior officials.
Minister of Industry and Trade and Minister of Labor Youssef Al-Shamali said that these coordination meetings aim to develop an action plan to accelerate areas of cooperation between the two countries based on the recommendations of both countries leaderships.
For his part, Algerian Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Youssef Charfa said that these meetings aim to strengthen bilateral relations and will include several economic, medical and agricultural fields, in addition to cooperation in training human cadres, employment and social security in order to achieve the directives of the leadership of the two countries.
The two sides agreed to intensify efforts within coordination meetings next year, and to sign memorandums of understanding between the competent authorities in the two countries, to benefit from the expertise and experiences of these authorities in labor, employment and social security fields.
