King departs for Saudi Arabia to head Jordan’s delegation at Riyadh Arab-China Summit

Ammon News - His Majesty King Abdullah departed for Riyadh on Friday, at the invitation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, to attend the Riyadh Arab-China Summit for Cooperation and Development.

King Abdullah will head Jordan’s delegation at the summit, which includes Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Jafar Hassan, Jordan’s Permanent Representative at the Arab League in Cairo Amjad Adaileh, and Jordan’s Ambassador in Riyadh Ali Kayed.

His Royal Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
