Ammon News - Ministry of Health signed a cooperation agreement with Hemtna Association to rehabilitate and develop 25 government health centers across the Kingdom.

The agreement was signed by the Minister of Health, Dr. Firas Hawari, and Head of Hemtna Association Dr. Fadia Samara, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Health for Administrative and Technical Affairs, Dr. Elham Khreisat.

The agreement aims to improve the quality of health services provided to citizens, enhance primary health care and reduce overcrowding in hospitals, by establishing an engineering medical model that applies international health standards and takes into account the flow of patients and the ease of obtaining the required health care without any effort.

The signing of this agreement comes after Hemtna Association implemented two projects to support the medical sector in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Royal Medical Services, namely the Samih Darwazah Cancer Center project in Al-Bashir hospitals and the specialized therapeutic isolation and intensive care project in King Hussein Medical Center.

Hemtna has started with the implementation of the first phase of the health centers rehabilitation project, represented by the rehabilitation and development of the Princess Basma Comprehensive Health Center in the capital and Ghor Al-Mazraa Health Center.
