Ammon News - Minister of Social Development Wafaa Bani Mustafa Saturday visited the Jerash Centre for the Care and Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities to check up on residents and see the quality of services the Centre provides for persons with disabilities.

Bani Mustafa toured the male and female wards in the Jerash Centre and the facilities and services it offers, including the training centre for residents and the local community and the physiotherapy centre.

She went on to see the aquaculture project, which was implemented in cooperation with the Royal Scientific Society. More than 202 persons with disabilities will benefit from the project.

Following the visit, Bani Mustafa visited Dar Al Hanan for orphans in Irbid, where she talked to staff and girls to learn about their needs and the services the Centre offers to girls.
