FM makes phone call with new Slovak counterpart

Ammon News - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi, on Wednesday made a phone call with the new Slovak Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rastislav Kacer.

In his call, Safadi said work on developing bilateral ties and within the European Union will continue.

Safadi congratulated Kacer on assuming his position as Minister of Foreign Affairs, and stressed his keenness to continue working to increase cooperation and coordination between the two countries.

The Slovak Foreign Minister reaffirmed his country's interest in developing its relations with Jordan in various fields, and lauded its role in enhancing security and stability in the region.

Jordan and Slovakia established diplomatic ties in 1993.
