During the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed the depth of the Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations, under His Majesty King Abdullah II and Kuwait Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah. The Prime Minister also stressed the common interests and distinguished relations between the two countries and peoples, lauding the positions of Kuwait towards various Arab, regional and international issues. The meeting tackled means of enhancing joint cooperation and exchanging expertise, training and experiences of the armed forces in Jordan and Kuwait. For his part, the Kuwaiti Defense Minister stressed the distinguished relations and joint commitment to expanding cooperation in all fields, lauding Jordan's efforts in organizing and holding the SOFEX 2022, and the opportunities it provides to learn about modern technologies for weapons and military and defense equipment.
