Home Jordan News Pleasant weather forecast until Friday 21-09-2022 03:43 PM Ammon News - The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) forecast that temperatures on Wednesday will be few degrees below the seasonal average, with relatively hot weather prevailing in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and pleasant conditions in other regions. Clouds at low altitudes are also expected to appear, with a weak chance for light showers of rain in the early morning hours over the northern areas, and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, picking up at times, the JMD said. Similar weather conditions will persist on Friday despite a slight rise in mercury levels, the JMD added. Today, temperatures in the capital Amman will range between a high of 27 degrees Celsius and a low of 15C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a sweltering 35 sliding to 24C at night. (Petra)
