Source: Societe Generale’s new owner has no connection to Abu Ghazaleh’s financial claims

Ammon News - A legal source confirmed that Societe Generale Bank has no property or money in Jordan, as the ownership of its branches in Jordan was transferred to Capital Bank five months ago, noting that the judicial decision came after that and the new owner has nothing to do with the rights of millionaire Talal Abu Ghazaleh.

In his interview with Ammon, the source pointed out that Abu Ghazaleh’s claim is limited to the bank’s money and property in the country of origin or otherwise, and that the new buyer has nothing to do with that.

Ammon reached that there are no accounts or funds for the foreign bank in Jordanian banks, including Capital Bank.
