Ammon News - The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and the National Alliance Against Hunger and Malnutrition (Najmah) launched a food security initiative in Jordan on Monday, pursuant to an agreement signed in March of this year.
The JD1.4 million Food Security in Jordan 2022 project, which is funded by KSrelief, aims to improve food security in refugee host communities.
According to Mutasim Hiyari, General Coordinator at Najmah, the project targets 5,773 households with 28,865 individuals who will receive six-month food vouchers redeemable at Military Consumer Corporation branches across the Kingdom.
