JPACO inks agreement to export 500 tons of Hungarian pepper

Ammon News - The Jordanian Palestinian Company for Marketing Agricultural Products (JPACO) Monday inked an agreement with a number of intermediary companies of different nationalities to export 500 tons of Hungarian peppers valued at one million US dollars.

Minister of Agriculture Khaled Hanifat, who was present during the signing of the agreement, said that the JPACO is reaching out to farmers to sign the necessary agreements to honor this agreement.

He pointed out that the company is working according to a plan and timetable to tap into new markets, adding that it is negotiating with companies in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom to export Barhi and Majhool dates and strawberries and other crop.
