He was speaking at a conference in the U.S. on helping Ukraine and said this estimate does not include the growing costs of the crisis to Ukraine's economy. And at the IMF on Thursday, the International Monetary and Finance Committee also said the crisis in Ukraine is taking away momentum from the global economic recovery.

Ammon News - President of the World Bank Group, David Malpass said that the physical damage to buildings and infrastructure in Ukraine so far have risen to around $60 billion.

He was speaking at a conference in the U.S. on helping Ukraine and said this estimate does not include the growing costs of the crisis to Ukraine's economy.

And at the IMF on Thursday, the International Monetary and Finance Committee also said the crisis in Ukraine is taking away momentum from the global economic recovery.
