To date, the website received 2, 015 remarks, inquiries and complaints, of which 1,883 were addressed. The process of handling the remaining 135 complaints is underway, EMRC said. EMRC called on those targeted beneficiaries to register on the website kahraba.gov.jo, stressing that the new tariff will enter into force as of next April 1.
