Ammon News - Minister of Interior Mazen Faraya on Sunday discussed with Bangladesh Minister of Home Affairs (Interior) Asaduzzaman Khan relations between the two friendly countries and opportunities to boost them.

During the meeting, the two officials discussed prospects of Bangladesh leveraging Jordan's security expertise in areas of border control and counter smuggling measures.

The meeting also tackled the situation of Bengali workers in the development free zones and the Aqaba Special Economic Zone.

Faraya highlighted investment opportunities in the Kingdom and facilities offered to investors.

For his part, Khan underlined his country's commitment to cooperating with Jordan and benefiting from its anti-drug efforts.
