Lower House scheduled to cap 2022 draft state budget law deliberations Monday

Ammon News - Lower House on Sunday continued deliberations over the 2022 draft state budget law and draft budgets of independent public institutions.

The morning debate was headed by LH Speaker Abdul Karim Dughmi, and in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Khasawneh and the Cabinet members.

On Monday, the lawmakers are scheduled to complete the budget draft laws' deliberations, and listen to the government’s response to their observations, in preparation for voting on the two bills, based on the provisions of the Constitution (Article 112).

In addition, the MPs will vote on the recommendations of the LH Finance Committee, after 98 deputies spoke since the 2022 budget debate began last Monday.
