Ammon News - The number of the recipients of the first Covid-19 vaccine dose rose to 4,392,486 and those who were double-jabbed numbered 4,000,589, according to Health Ministry figures.
The ministry also said in its daily brief that 32 coronavirus deaths and 1,682 new infections were recorded Monday in the Kingdom, raising the death toll from the pandemic to 12,742 and the caseload to 1,067,253.
About 5.25 per cent of some 32,062 PCR tests collected across the Kingdom today came back positive and that the number of currently active Covid cases stood at 27,010, with 96 admitted to hospitals today raising the number of cases currently hospitalized to 812.
On the capacity of hospitals, the occupancy rate of isolation beds in the northern region was 17%, intensive care beds 37% and respirators 25%, it said.
In the central region, the occupancy rate of isolation beds was 19%, intensive care beds 38% and respirators 17%, it said.
In the southern region, the occupancy rate of isolation beds was 8%, intensive care beds 12% and respirators 11%, according to the daily figures.
The ministry also recorded 3,023 cases of recovery, bringing the total number of expected recoveries from the virus after the end of the 14-day isolation period to 1,027,501.
