A statement by the ACI on Sunday said that the initiative aimed at building the capacities of job seekers by making them acquainted with the essential employability skills. Under the initiative, implemented by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), participants were trained on self-management, self-motivation, time management, effective communication, in addition to some aspects of the occupational safety measures and the Jordanian labor law. After its completion, the initiative networked job seekers with employers of the industrial sector in Amman, according to their qualifications and skills.
