Ammon News - The Naua platform, a Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) initiative, announced Wednesday that a winter clothing drive titled "Let's Make Winter Warmer," launched last November, received and redistributed 4,268 clothing items.

In a statement, the Naua platform said that the campaign falls under the initiative's mission to link private sector institutions with civil society organizations to serve local communities. The campaign was launched in cooperation with the ride-hailing company Careem, Bank al-Etihad and the dry cleaning service WashyWash, in addition to a number of civil society organizations.

Through the campaign citizens were able to donate used and new winter clothes to impoverished families using the Careem app to have the clothes dry-cleaned at WashyWash to be sent afterwards to charity institutions to deliver them to the families.
