Electric loads stand at 3,210 megawatts on Tuesday

Ammon News - The electric load of Tuesday evening reached 3,210 megawatts, compared with a morning load of 2,960, according to data from the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).

The highest load in 2020 stood at 3,630 megawatts, a growth of 7.4 percent compared with 2019's load that mounted to 3,380 megawatts.

The NEPCO stressed that the power grid in Jordan is capable of enduring any electric loads and that there are pre-made plans to deal with different weather conditions.
