Ammon News - The Amman International Summer Shopping Festival kicked off on Thursday at the Jordan International Exhibition Centre in Amman, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The festival, which was organised by the International Promoters Co (IPCo), is attended by 70 companies from Jordan, Egypt and Iran, and is held on an area of 11,000 square metres, amid full compliance with specific health measures.
The 10-day festival opens its doors from 11:30am until 3:00pm for business owners and businessmen, and from 3:00pm to 11:00pm for the public.
Inaugurating the festival, Head of the Jordan Chamber of Industry Fathi Jaghbeer said that the festival provides an opportunity to introduce Jordanian products.
Jaghbeer added that Jordanian industrial products reach 140 countries around the world due to their quality and competitive price. IPCo General Manager Raed Abu Saada said that the festival is one of the most prominent events organised in the Kingdom.
