Ammon News - The Social Security Corporation (SSC) said that communiqué No. 42 of 2021, which was issued Sunday, includes the development of a sub-program of the Estidama program, called the "Ta'afi", recovery, program.
The SSC explained that the establishments benefiting from this program are the ones that will be identified in the instructions issued by the SSC Director General within establishments benefiting from the Estidama program.
It added that the worker benefiting from this program is the worker who was included in social security from March of 2020, until October of the same year.
The SSC noted that the launch of this program aims at enabling workers in sectors that have recovered a large part of their work to get their full wages, in addition to preparing the establishments to transit into the normal situation when fully recovering.
Under this program, the worker shall be paid 100 per cent of his approved wage, 30 per cent of which is borne by the program, while the establishment bears 70 per cent, during the period extending from August until the end December 2021.
