Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid Bin Khalifa Al Thani on Thursday received Public Security Directorate Director Maj. Gen. Hussein Hawatmeh and an accompanying delegation.

Talks during the meeting covered Qatari-Jordanian cooperation in the security field, in addition to a wide variety of issues of mutual interests and concerns, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Also during his visit to Doha, Hawatmeh met Director of Qatar Public Security Staff Major General Saad Bin Jassim Al Khulaifi, over advancing cooperation in the fields of mutual interests.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed “the brotherly relations” between the countries in the military fields, focussing on means to further cooperation on issues of mutual interests.
