Demand for dinar, expat remittances see uptick over weekend

Demand for the dinar and remittances by Jordanian expatriates have seen a steady rise since last Thursday, according to President of the Jordanian Money Exchange Association Abdulsalam Al Saudi.

Speaking to Petra, Saudi said the local money exchange market has strongly rebounded as thousands of expats returned to the Kingdom for Eid Al Adha holiday, voicing hope the strong demand will continue after the Eid.
