Petra Jordan

Ammon News - Petra Regional Authority Chief commissioner Suleiman Farajat Tuesday announced that new Covid-19 instructions will be issued early in July for visitors of the ancient city, including vaccination certification.

He told the Jordan News Agency Petra that a visitor is required to have gotten at least one vaccine dose to enter the Red Rose City, starting July 1st.

These measures, he said, are in line with the government's decisions to make the Golden Triangle- Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba- a healthy, safe and Covid-free region.
