Ammon News - The Ministry of Health Monday received four biosignal monitoring devices donated by the Syrian American Medical Association (SAMS).
The new equipment followed previous donations to the ministry by SAMS, including four dialysis machines worth 32,000 dinars, which were delivered in March.
Also since Covid-19 began, SAMS has offered 87,560 dinars to support the Ministry’s efforts to counter the pandemic, included in-kind, medicine and medical equipment and cash donations.
"Solidarity in such difficult circumstances is the only way to overcome the Covid-19 crisis," SAMS representative in Jordan Osama Abdel Razek said, adding that his organisation continues to support the ministry's efforts through providing medical equipment to boost its capacity to face the crisis and curb the spread of the pandemic.
