Ammon News - Jordan on Tuesday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a security checkpoint in the Libyan city of Sebha, killing two officers and injuring four.

The Foreign Ministry expressed the Kingdom’s denunciation of this “cowardly” terrorist act that seeks to tamper with the security and stability and contradicts all religious and human values and principles, according to a ministry statement.

The ministry also expressed the Kingdom’s solidarity with the Libyan people against all threats to Libya’s security and stability, rejecting all forms of violence, terrorism and extremism.

The ministry also extended condolences to the victims’ families and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
