Ammon News - Chairman of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions (AQACHEI), Thafer Assaraira, and the Iraqi cultural advisor in Jordan, Waseem Tamimi, discussed enhancing frameworks for scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries, Petra reported.
Assaraira lauded Jordanian-Iraqi ties at the level of the higher education ecosystem, indicating that Iraqi students reflect an image of distinguished scientific skills and they are the focus of care and attention in Jordanian universities.
Tamimi commended the AQACHEI's efforts to raise the level of higher education in the region and provide all means to receive distinguished education and meet the needs of students of different nationalities, expressing his admiration for the achievements of Jordanian universities and their prestigious position in the level of education and its outputs, according to Petra.
He mentioned the role of the cultural attaché in following up on the affairs of Iraqi students and solving their problems and overcome obstacles they face.
