Court of Cassation upholds dismissal of JD91-million lawsuit against JPMC

Ammon News - The Court of Cassation has upheld a ruling of a lower court dismissing a JD91.4-million lawsuit filed against the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) by Manajim Mining Development Company.

The ruling was originally issued by an Amman Court of First Instance judge before it was upheld by the Court of Appeal.

The Court of Cassation's decision, taken on April 21, is final and irrevocable.
