Ammon News - The Minister of Culture Ali Ayed discussed, on Thursday, with the Egyptian Ambassador Sherif Kamel, means of cooperation in the cultural field, and the revitalization of cultural agreements between the two countries.
Ayed spoke about the importance of the cultural role that the ministry plays in light of the health situation that is affecting the world, highlighting the key activities that the ministry is working on, including the Kingdom's centenary celebrations.
Culture, he added, is one of the important areas that link Jordan with Egypt, based on a common fraternal and human cultural heritage that is cemented in the participation in all occasions and the consensus on all humanitarian positions.
During the meeting, the Egyptian envoy stressed the importance of the established relations between the two countries, namely the cultural ties, underscoring the importance of the Egyptian participation in the Jordanian creative scene.
