Ammon News - President of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC), Nael Kabariti, discussed with the Chargé d'Affairs at the Syrian embassy in Amman, Essam Niyal, the economic and trade relations between the two countries.
According to a JCC press release issued on Tuesday, Kabariti and Niyal discussed mechanisms for launching "bridges of economic cooperation" between Jordan and Syria within the framework of international laws.
During the meeting, the two sides agreed that the JCC and the embassy would exchange information on the most important sectors and opportunities available jointly in an effort to encourage and increase volume of trade exchange, in preparation for holding talks that bring together businesspeople from the two countries.
