In a statement, the JIC it "absolutely has no plans" to press ahead with the visit, stressing rejection of Kosovo's polices in the region. Earlier this month and during a visit by the Kosovan non-resident ambassador to Jordan, the chamber said it was looking into dispatching a delegation of Jordanian industrialists to Kosovo to explore areas of economic cooperation. It added that it will continue to explore and open up new and diverse markets for Jordanian exports.

Ammon News - The Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI) on Tuesday announced it canceled plans to organize a Jordanian industrialist delegation to Kosovo following the Balkan nation's move to open an embassy in occupied Jerusalem.

In a statement, the JIC it "absolutely has no plans" to press ahead with the visit, stressing rejection of Kosovo's polices in the region.

Earlier this month and during a visit by the Kosovan non-resident ambassador to Jordan, the chamber said it was looking into dispatching a delegation of Jordanian industrialists to Kosovo to explore areas of economic cooperation.

It added that it will continue to explore and open up new and diverse markets for Jordanian exports.
