Citizens of Balqa Governorate and the families of deceased demand for the dismissal of Health Minister, Dr. Nazir Obaidat with regards to as-Salt incident, describing the incident as a catastrophe.

Citizens who are currently protesting in front of as-Salt hospital demand for the dismissal of Health Minister and all officials responsible of the incident immediately without waiting for the investigation.

Other citizens demand for the dismissal of the government as a matter of political responsibility, stating that lack of oxygen in a hospital on a governorate level is catastrophic, indicating that a government which makes such as mistake can not lead an entire country.

 

Citizens said to ammonnews that the problem of oxygen lack in the hospital is not new, stating that Health Ministry had full and enough information about this matter.

 

Citizens also told ammonnews that they have repeatedly requested to solve the problem.
