Foreign Ministry follows up on Jordanians' road accident in South Africa

Ammon News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Sunday confirmed that it is following up, through the Kingdom’s embassy in South Africa and the operations center, on the road accident in which five Jordanian citizens were involved in South Africa (Cape Town) yesterday, which claimed the life of one of them and wounded the others.

Ministry spokesman Daifallah Al-Fayez said that the ministry has contacted with the citizens' families and informed them about the accident, adding that the deceased body will be evacuated to the Kingdom upon the request of his relatives.

He also said that the injured were taken to a hospital for treatment, noting that they were listed in a stable condition.

Al-Fayez expressed his condolences and sympathies to the deceased’s family, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.
