ASEZA, Ukrainian Envoy discuss tourism investment

Ammon News - Commissioner for tourism and investments of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA), Sharhabeel Madi, on Tuesday discussed with Ukrainian ambassador to Jordan, Myroslava Shcherbatiuk, means of cementing bilateral economic ties and mechanisms of investment in the southern city of Aqaba.

During the meeting, Madi delivered a briefing on the city’s preeminent competitive advantages and investment opportunities, and highlighted its tourism importance due to its strategic location next to Wadi Rum and Petra, which placed it in Jordan's golden triangle of tourism, stressing ASEZA’s keenness to facilitate foreign commercial and tourism investments.

The envoy indicated her support for the city’s efforts that are aimed at attracting tourists and investors in all fields.
