Ammon News - The Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) received the title of ‘Best Airport by Size and Region: Middle East’ for airports serving five to 15 million passengers, for the third consecutive year, and fourth time in its history.

This global recognition was granted by the Airports Council International (ACI) based on the 2020 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey, which represents the highest possible accolade for airport operators worldwide.

"The previous year compelled us to have a deep understanding of travelers' concerns, needs and changing expectations very rapidly," commented Airport International Group CEO, Nicolas Claude in a statement on Monday, underlining the importance of applying a customer-centered approach in all operations.

"Winning this prestigious title is another proud milestone for QAIA, which reflects its firm commitment to travelers as the core of its business, despite the unprecedented challenges that have accompanied the global pandemic" he added.
