Crown Prince participates in tactical exercise

Ammon News - A brigade of the Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II First Royal Mechanised Battalion, known as (The Mother Unit) at the Central Military Command, on Wednesday carried out a tactical exercise, with the participation of HRH Crown Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, who recently joined it as a commander of a mechanized infantry faction, and attended by commander of the Central Military Region.

The Commander of the Region was briefed by the Commander of the King Hussein Bin Talal Royal Armored Brigade / 40 and the Brigade Commander on the exercise, which was based on hypotheses that simulate expected scenarios, with the aim of training participants at various levels on planning and implementation mechanism to reach the desired goals.

The exercise included a staged attack by a motorized infantry company, a mortar division, sniper firing from various distances, and Firing Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs), in which participants demonstrated the distinguished level, high efficiency and professionalism in carrying out duties assigned to them and the high morale they enjoyed.

This exercise, which was attended by a number of officers of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) - the Arab Army, is part of the annual training programs carried out by the JAF to reach the highest levels of competence, preparedness and combat readiness of its members.
