Similar weather conditions will continue to persist on Friday, with southeasterly moderate to active winds, the JMD noted. On Saturday, mercury levels are forecast to rise few degrees, bringing relatively warm conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, while it will remain relatively cold in other areas of the country, with northeasterly moderate winds, the forecasters predicted. Temperatures in Amman today will reach a high of 17 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 6C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a fair 24C, dipping to 13C during night hours.
