Iraq approves to establish pavilion for Jordanian industries inside Baghdad fair

Ammon News - The Iraqi Ministry of Trade and the State Company for Iraqi Fairs and Commercial Services (SCIFCS) agreed to allocate an area within the Baghdad International Fair (BIF) ground to hold a permanent, or seasonal exhibition for Jordanian industries and an office for the Jordan Chamber of Industry (JCI).

In a press statement issued on Wednesday, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, Maha Al Ali, stressed, during her visit and the accompanying delegation to the SCIFCS headquarters, the importance of continuing efforts to enhance economic cooperation and discuss opportunities for integration in the industrial sector with Iraq.

Earlier, the minister met with Iraqi Minister of Industry and Minerals, Manhal Khabbaz, and Trade Minister, Ala'a Jbouri, and toured BIF's premises.
