During the meeting Refai highlighted PSUT's keenness to realise the vision of HRH Princess Sumaya, chair of its board of trustees, in international networking. The ambassador expressed his pleasure at being able to visit the university, praising the depth of relations between the “two friendly countries”, and the good academic reputation that PSUT enjoys in the region and the world. He expressed his hope to consolidate cooperative relations with Irish universities and institutions.
