Agriculture minister, Korean envoy discuss cooperation

Ammon News - Minister of Agriculture, Mohammed Daoudiyeh, discussed with the Korean Ambassador to Jordan, Lee Jae-wan, and director of Office of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) here, Hyo Jin Kim, the cooperation prospects in the agricultural fields.

During their talks held on Wednesday, the officials also discussed the existing cooperation to implement the Korean volunteer program and joint projects in the fields of water use rationing, smart agriculture and rural development.

Speaking during the meeting, the envoy expressed his interest in the Royal initiative to enhance food security at the regional level and the desire to cooperate in implementing Jordan's food security strategy.
