Ammon News - The weather will be cold and partly cloudy on Saturday, almost countrywide, with light showers forecast during the morning hours in the Kingdom's far north, and winds will be southwesterly moderate, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
On Sunday, the weather remains cold and gradually during the night hours, the Kingdom is affected by an air depression centered in southern Turkey, and rain in the northern regions gradually covers central areas and parts of the southwestern regions, which may be often accompanied by thunder, the JMD announced.
On Monday, the Kingdom remains under the influence of the cold, humid air mass, and the mercury is set to drop, and gradually during the evening and night hours, downpour weakens, the JMD update noted.
Mercury in Amman today ranges between 11 Celsius degrees, dropping to 7C during night hours, while the city of Aqaba will see a fair 23C, sliding into 12C at night.
