He said that the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) conducted a 3-week study on the "Sinopharm" vaccine before it was approved, noting that the Kingdom has already participated in the vaccine trials, enabling it to procure quantities of the vaccine early. With regard to any potential side effects following the administration of the vaccine, Obeidat indicated that there will be a JFDA-affiliated platform that will enable citizens to report any adverse events following the immunization (AEFI).
