Ammon News - The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities stressed its commitment to defence orders pertaining to the ban of holding gatherings and parties in hotels and tourist restaurants.
The ministry also addressed the Jordan Hotels Association and Jordan Restaurant Association on Wednesday in a circular highlighting that violators would be fined as determined by the defence orders in addition to facing close down for a period of two weeks.
The ministry's circular came after some hotels and restaurants announced their willingness to hold festivities coinciding with the end of the year, urging institutions to adhere to general health measures.
