Ammon News - General-sectretary of Health ministry, Dr Wa'el Alhayajneh, said that Health ministry sealed a deal to get COVID-19 vaccine enough for at least 15% of the Jordanian population.


Health ministry sealed a deal with several companies to obtain the vaccine, indicating that he will get the COVID-19 jab in front of cameras as soon as it is licensed by Jordan Food and Drug Administration, he said.

Obtaining COVID-19 vaccine does not necessarily mean that the epidemic is over, stating that talking about certain date to end the epidemic is difficult as it may continue for another year, he added.
